solution that best meets our clients IT investment and

Each customer is assigned a dedicated Account Executive.
A single point of contact who can identify the customer
requirement and bring in other specialists and services
from our group as and when required. Our Account Executive
will add the value and care without burdening the customers
with ever changing points of contact.

SATZ takes full responsibility for the consultants and employees that are working on customer projects. Throughout the life cycle of a project we communicate with our customers to ensure that any problems are solved and additional requirements are quickly covered. All of our consultants are carefully screened and checked to ensure they have the competence and commitment to complete our client's task. If a consultant is forced by exceptional circumstances to leave the project we guarantee to replace the project member within 1 week.

Together with our sister company KFKI, we form a group that employs close on 800 IT developers & consultants in Europe and the USA. In addition we can rely on a network of 16.000 external consultants to compliment our core team with niche skills and expertise. A powerful combination that enables us to support global rollout work as well as highly customer or technically specific Software development work.

All parts of the SATZ business service undergo constant review to develop "Organizational Excellence". The group's offsite software development center in Budapest has been awarded ISO 9001 and NATO certification status.

Our consultants are contractually obliged to observe our clients secrecy requirements with respect to disclosure of sensitive company information. They are also obliged to keep in safe custody any project related items or documentation and to return them to the client at the end of the project period.

We provide a statutory personal liability insurance to cover our consultants at clients work premises and to protect our customers against inadvertent financial loss. Details are available in our General Agreement. Please refer to your Account Executive for details.
