e are looking for a SAP Payroll consultant for a EU project contract with 60-80% capacity starting in July 2026 for 9 months:
Background
Our customer is doing an HP1 to Enhancement Package EHP7 upgrade to enable a SAP HR RISE migration to SAP H4S4 (SAP HCM for SAP S/4HANA).
The countries involved in the EU are DE, AT, CH, PL, SE, FR, NL, and outside the EU MX (Mexico), CL (Chile).
We need a consultant to support testing and migration for phase 1 of this activity (to EHP7) and then also phase 2, migrating from SAP ECC HR to H4S4 (SAP HCM for S/4HANA).
Ideally, the consultant can support both phases.
- Execution and documentation of tests after the upgrade in collaboration with HR / IT colleagues
- Testing of existing integrations
- Planning and coordination of test activities with stakeholders
support normal run and enhancement activities (change requests/customisations) if needed.
In total, someone with c. 60-80% capacity would be ideal.
- Knowledge of SAP HR components: HR-PT, HR-PY (mandatory), and HR-PA (mandatory)
- Well-organised and structured working style
- Ability to prioritise tasks, identify critical paths, and work independently
- Experience of Test Management - Test scenarios - Testing interfaces
Optional:
- Technical understanding or experience with SAP ECC HR upgrades and/or H4S4 (HR migration to S/4HANA)
- Basic understanding of SAP standard integrations (file exchange, IDoc)
Experience with German Payroll is a nice-to-have.
Fluent English, International Teamwork
SAP HR and H4S4 customizing skills.
