Project Description:

For our client in the shipping industry, we are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management ( SCM ) Functional Architect to lead the design and implementation of a global business process template.
This role combines strategic architecture, hands-on warehouse process expertise, and leadership in driving innovation across international supply chain operations.
The position is generally remote; however, on-site presence is required for workshops at:
• Client headquarters in Zurich
• Warehouse workshops in Durban (South Africa)
• Warehouse workshops in Savannah (USA)

Essential Key Skills:

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Manager / Senior Manager level professional.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in:
- Warehouse Management
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 ( D365) Supply Chain Management ( SCM )
• Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing supply chain solutions in Dynamics 365.
• Strong expertise in:
- Procurement
- Demand Planning
- Inventory Management
- Logistics & Warehouse Operations
• Proven track record in delivering global template designs.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent English (mandatory)

Nice to have:

• German is a plus
