Project Description:

We are looking for an IT Technical contractor for a busy factory/office close to Cuijk, NL - Hands-on troubleshooting and supporting 250 users with Windows Servers, Windows 10/11 laptops and PCs,Telephony and mobile phones, Printers, Network switches, Information screens/message boards.
This role requires a hands-on, customer-focused IT professional who can manage a wide range of hardware, software, and operational technology issues in a busy production setting.
Deliver application support for: Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Sharepoint, Visitor managment systems.
Good understanding of Active directory and users permissions
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, such as: LAN/WAN
Basic switch and network diagnostics, IP addressing, DHCP/DNS
VPNs, Whitelisting, monitoring and remote support tools, i.e, Teamviewer, nagiosis, Stratodesk

Essential Key Skills:

Must have Strong troubleshooting abilities across both hardware and software.
Ability to work independently on-site while maintaining communication with remote IT teams for global IT.
A proactive, customer focused attitude.
A general understanding of Active Directory and users permissions
Working knowledge of Networking fundamentals, such as:
LAN/WAN, Basic switch and network diagnostics; IP addressing, DHCP/DNS, VPNs, Whitelisting
Use of monitoring and remote support tools, i.e, Teamviewer, nagiosis, Stratodesk

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting.
Knowledge of operational technology (OT) and factory-floor devices.
